Volunteer with Enoch City Arts
Help make the magic of live performance!

Staging a live production takes many hands working together.  Whatever your skills, we can use them!   You can sign up for one of our open jobs or talk about how you’d like to contribute.  You’ll be amazed at what needs to be done!

Enoch City Arts is entirely run by volunteers.  We are growing slowly- it takes time to get staffing to full levels.  But we really would appreciate whatever you can contribute, so contact us for any questions you have.  Some planned volunteer positions include:

  • Per Production - Assistant Director - Backs up the director and fills in when the director is not around.

  • Per Production - Stage Manager- direct traffic and get people and things in place on time!

  • Per Production - Costumer- works with the director to design costumes, coordinates their acquisition; works with the costume makers to make them.

  • Per Production - Set Designer/Props - works with the director to design the set, coordinates its creation with props makers.

  • Per Production - Music Director - works with the director to select music, create the musical accompaniment.
    Per Production as needed - Choreographer - works with the director and music director to create dances/musical movement, teaches the cast.

  • Per Performance - Front of House Manager- greet audience members, collect and sell tickets, set up refreshments, answer questions about the organization and generally be a friendly face.

  • House Maintenance – keep the facilities looking nice- cleaning, organizing, decorating for holidays

  • Postering/signage – put up flyers and yard signs around the area.

  • Sewing/Costumes – work with the director to create appropriate costume for the actors.

  • Photographer/videographer - create visual records of our activities.

  • Marketing/Advertising – get the word about Enoch City Arts and all it offers out to the public.

  • Webmaster – keep the website up-to-date with all that’s going on at ECA

  • Graphic Arts – design posters/flyers/images for ECA activities.

  • Fundraiser - brings in financial support to keep Enoch City Arts running.

  • Grant Writer - identifies and applies for grant money.

Contact us to discuss how you can contribute.  After a background check, cost of $10, you'll have an orientation session, then make an account in our on-line volunteer coordination app.  This will allow you to see the opportunities and sign up for sessions.  Based on your donated hours, we'll give you tickets to shows, and our gratitude.
